ICE (Inner-City Experience) is a unique opportunity offered every summer to those youth groups and young people who are wanting to expand their ministry beyond the borders of their hometown. ICE will mobilize, train and equip youth in the body of Christ to be engaged as part of the solution for those in need in the City of Baltimore.
